1. Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested on the same day the parcel is delivered. Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Condition of the Product: The product must be:
    • Unused
    • Undamaged
    • Returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories (if any).

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Products that are damaged or show signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our customer support team immediately on the day of delivery via:
  • Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for the return
    • Clear pictures of the product in its delivered condition (if applicable).
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details to be provided by the customer).

Refund Timelines:

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Used Products

  • No Refund or Exchange: If the returned product is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original condition, no refund or exchange will be provided.
  • Customers are advised to inspect products carefully upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the return parcel.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds will not include any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
  • eCart Kashmir reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above policy.
